2. Products

Zlurp takes the utmost care to ensure that information about the prices and characteristics of its products is accurately presented online.

Although Zlurp makes every effort to ensure that this information is correct, it is possible that a particular ingredient may not be listed or that products may contain traces of certain ingredients without this being indicated on the website.

Zlurp cannot under any circumstances be held liable for allergic reactions or health risks associated with the use or consumption of a product. Zlurp can likewise not be held liable for any errors in the stated prices.

If a product is no longer available, we will contact you and you will have the right to cancel your order.

3. Prices

All prices are stated in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs.

4. Orders

A valid agreement between the buyer and Zlurp is established when Zlurp receives confirmation of the buyer’s order placed through its website. Zlurp will always send the buyer an order confirmation by email.

Zlurp reserves the right to refuse an order or make it subject to additional conditions.

By placing an order through this online store, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and responsible for your purchase.

5. Payment

Customers can pay by Bancontact/Maestro, Visa/Mastercard or in cash when collecting their order at the point of sale.

6. Cancellation

Customers do not have a right of withdrawal for online purchases made from Zlurp through the online store, in accordance with the provisions of Book VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, as these purchases concern the supply of goods with a limited shelf life that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (Article VI.53, 4° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law).

7. Returns

If the products do not meet the required quality standards, they may be returned within two working days of receiving the order, preferably in unopened packaging.

Before returning any products, you must notify customer service by email at info@zlurp.be.

Only complaints submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery may be considered.

8. Intellectual property rights

The content of this website, including trademarks, logos, designs, data, product or company names, texts, images and other materials, is protected by intellectual property rights and belongs to Zlurp or third-party rights holders.

9. Disputes

Any dispute shall be governed by Belgian law and shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Bruges.
