Zlurp collects and processes the personal data of interested parties in order to contact them more effectively, including for the purposes of sending marketing communications and personalised advertising.

Where the processing of personal data is based on Article 6.1 (consent), the customer has the right to withdraw their consent at any time.

Where necessary to achieve the purposes set out above, the customer’s personal data may be shared with other companies.

The customer has the right to access their personal data at any time and may have it rectified if it is inaccurate or incomplete, request its erasure, request restriction of its processing and object to the processing of personal data concerning them on the basis of Article 6.1 (e) or (f), including profiling based on those provisions.
In addition, the customer has the right to obtain a copy of their personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to have their personal data transmitted to another company.

Direct marketing
The customer has the right to object, free of charge, to any processing of their personal data for direct marketing purposes.
Complaint
The customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission for the Protection of Privacy (Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels – commission@privacycommission.be).
